Obituary of Bernice Taylor
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Chapman House Hospice in Owen Sound, on Friday morning, May 24th, 2019. Edith Bernice Taylor (nee Henry), of East Linton, at the age of 85 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Alan Taylor (2006). Loving mother of Sharon Johnston (Jim), of Burlington, Marion Padfield (Terry), of Surrey, BC, Joyce Howe (Tom), of Guelph and James Lamont (Inga), of Stratford. Proud nana of Jeffrey (Korrie), Jason (Faydra), Jordan (Jennifer), Rees, Kirsten (Doug), Alan (Tara), Lisa and great-grandmother of Jared, Tynan, Maddox, Hunter, Aubree and Aaliyah. Dear sister of Norman Henry, Eric Henry (Marlene) and sister-in-law of Jean, Anne and Evelyn Henry. Bernice will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Edith Henry; her grandchildren, Kimberly Howe and Justin Padfield; her siblings, Elgin, Mel, Clayton (Gwen), John (Marg) and Bev Henry, Elda Jenks (Elgin) and Eliza Baird (Bev).

WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 - 14th Street, West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Bernice Taylor will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 29th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kristal McGee officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Chapman House Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society as an expression of sympathy.
