Dear brother of Gail McKibbon (Ron), Bill Simpson (Sandy) and Kathy Simpson, all of Owen Sound, Lynn Leighton (Bob), of Elmira, Donna Whiteman (Wayne) (both deceased), Carol Rankin (Ray), of Wellesley, Barbara Maluske (Doug), Carey Simpson (Anne), Betty Simpson, all of Owen Sound, Kirby Simpson, of West Bank, B.C., Michael Simpson (Debbie), of Brampton, Susan Mosher (Hank), of Bonfield, Debbie Aiken (Murray), of Allenford, Jacqui Perry (Jim, deceased), of West Bank, B.C., Lori Morton (Dale), of Hepworth, Peter Simpson (Belinda), of Owen Sound, Rob Simpson, of Park Head, Sandra Shipley (Joe), of Wiarton and Jim Simpson, of Windsor and brother-in-law of David Vansickle, of Calgary, AB, and Linda Barfoot (Doug), of Owen Sound. Jerry will be sadly missed by his many 60 nieces and nephews, 67 great-nieces and nephews, 8 great-great-nieces and nephews and friends too numerous to count. Jerry loved cooking, hunting, fishing and a nice cold beer. He always liked to tease and joke with family and friends and hanging out with his best friend, Paul Weir. Jerry considered himself a jack-of-all-trades and master-of-none but was always willing to lend a hand. He will be missed more than words could ever be said but now Heaven has gained another cook in the kitchen.
